Burrata with Lemon and Honey Drizzle

Creamy, fresh and light. This salad will bring the wow as a side salad for two, but why share when it could be a main for one!

1 salad

INGREDIENTS

OG Crunch - Hail the Kale (to taste)

2 x peaches (or pears if you can't find peaches)

1x bunch basil 

Burrata

Lemon juice of one lemon 

Lemon olive oil  (or standard extra virginolive oil)

1 Tbs honey

 

METHOD

Step one.
Slice peaches and grill in pan with coconut oil for about 5 mins each side until charred.

Step two.
In a jar, combine honey, lemon juice, olive oil. Shake to combine.

Step three.
Plate up! Arrange Burrata on a serving dish, top with torn basil and pour over drizzle. The final piece is some delicious OG Crunch for lovely texture.
