A honey from the ancient Jarrah forests, native to only small pockets of the southern regions of Western Australia, whose trees - the Eucalyptus Marginata trees- flowers only every two years. This honey is rare and highly antimicrobial. It is rich in antioxidants and its smooth malty caramel flavour profile tastes just divine!
Yarri TA 30+ Batch: A13
Yarri Honey, also known as Blackbutt, is less well known than Jarrah but has similar powerful antimicrobial properties. We, however, have always known that it is pretty special. Harvested from the flowers of the Eucalyptus Blackbutt trees, our Yarri honey is highly antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. With a flavour profile tasting of rich dried fruit and treacle, this honey is as delicious as it is bioactive.
Marri TA20+ Batch: A10
Marri Honey, or Redgum, the lightest coloured honey in our range - is a heavy-hitter when it comes to health benefits. Harvested from the flowers of the Corymbia Redgum, our Marri honey is highly antimicrobial and is a powerful prebiotic - very good for gut health. This honey tastes of delicate warm toffee and is an all time favourite.
