Yoghurt Matcha Bowl with Cinnamon Apple

Easy, delicious and the best start to your day. Its the Matcha yoghurt that makes it for us, and of course the honey drizzle!

1 Serve

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of Greek full fat yoghurt

1 tablespoon of Jarrah Honey

1 Apple

1 tsp Coconut Oil

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Matcha powder

1 Tbs Hot Water

½ cup Coastal Crunch granola

 

METHOD

Step one.
Whisk matcha and hot water together to form a paste. Add the yoghurt and stir until combined (you can use coconut yoghurt for a dairy free alternative).

Step two.
To make the cinnamon apple, chop apple, warm up a pan with a little coconut oil. Add apple to hot pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat until soft and warmed through.

Step three.
To assemble your bowl, add the Matcha yoghurt, then top with Granola and cinnamon apples. Finally drizzle with Jarrah Honey for a sweet and delicious finish.
