2 English Breakfast teabags (or 2 tsp loose leaf tea)
Rind (peeled) from one lemon
Juice of one lemon
1 litre of boiling water
4 tbsp Marri Honey

Step one.
Boil your kettle with at least 1 litre of water. Place your teabags and peels of lemon rind into a heatproof jug. Top with boiling water and allow to seep for 2-4minutes.
Step two.
Once steeped, remove the tea bags (or strain the loose leaf) and add lemon juice, honey and mint sprigs (reserving some mint for garnish).
Step three.
Fill your serving jug with ice. Pour the warm tea over the ice to cool. Serve in nice glasses with a sprig of mint. Beautifully refreshing on a summer's day - not to mention beautifully soothing for a sore throat.
