A beautiful collaboration of two Western Australian producers, this limited edition Yuzu Honey combines raw native Mallee honey from the Great Southern with fresh yuzu grown by WA Yuzu in Donnybrook.

Light, delicate Mallee bush honey provides the perfect foundation for yuzu’s vibrant citrus flavour and floral aroma. Infused with fresh yuzu zest, the result is wonderfully fragrant, refreshing and naturally sweet.

Drizzle over salads, stir into tea, spread generously on toast, or simply enjoy straight from the spoon. A true taste of Western Australia’s South West.
