Yarri Honey, also known as Blackbutt, is less well known than Jarrah but has similar powerful antimicrobial properties. We, however, have always known that it is pretty special.

Unique Bio-Sanctuary
Western Australia is wild and remote - one of the last sanctuaries on earth for healthy bees free from the deadly varroa mite. This means our honey is 100% chemical free, produced in remote native bush land areas.
Premium Health Benefits - Bioactivity
Our honey is full of natural goodness and bioactive compounds that make it antioxidant-rich and give it anti-inflammatory properties. We lab test each batch for its Total Antimicrobial Activity (TA). Our Jarrah honey is also tested for its purity using advanced honey fingerprinting techniques. You can access these results on our Honey Discovery Page.
About Crystalisation of Honey
Raw honey never expires, but it may naturally crystalise or set over time. It's amazing as a spread, on toast or crumpets. Gently warm to make it runny again.
