You can eat the whole honeycomb. Because over the years, we have developed our own unique method, to ensure the wax is soft and light, and the honey is as fresh and delicious as possible.
Our method takes the bees a little longer, but we think its worth it as its kind to the bees, with no plastic in the hives, and as a result it produces the best honeycomb you have tasted!
