Change of mind
You may return new and unopened items within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the product. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Items returned damaged, opened, with parts missing will not be accepted for return and will be disposed of. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving a valid returned item.
Shipping
Return shipping is organised by the buyer and is at the buyers expense. Original shipping cost is non refundable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you received the incorrect item/s or the item is not as described you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. If your item is damaged on arrival, notify us as soon as you receive the item and do not proceed to use or consume it. Please also take photos of the package in the condition you recieved it. This will help us to recoup any costs regarding damages caused in transit.

This policy is additional too, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the following will apply:
- A return-to-sender fee charged by the carrier (typically $20–$25) will be deducted from any refund
- Alternatively, we can arrange re-delivery once the parcel has been returned to us
- Re-delivery will incur a new shipping fee
Unfortunately, these costs are charged to us by the carrier and cannot be waived.
If your parcel is returned, we will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer a refund (less return shipping costs) or re-delivery.
